Biography

After graduating from Boğaziçi University’s Department of Business Administration in 1984, Müge Yalçın began her professional life at Arthur Andersen, Management Consulting Department.  After holding management positions in the corporate finance departments of  domestic and international banks between 1988 and 1995, Müge Yalçın returned to Arthur Andersen in 1999 and was appointed to manage the Executive Search and Selection Department.  Upon the sale of Arthur Andersen to Ernst & Young, she continued working in the company as Head of the Human Resources Consulting Department. Having founded MY Executive in July 2005, Müge Yalçın still continues in the field of Executive Search and Selection, now as Managing Partner.
