2) We use a Proprietary Selection Model that is based on an in-depth understanding of the role, client, and candidate needs across three areas:
Individual – Where we match the candidate’s Key Result Areas with what our client needs them to achieve and also match the skills, knowledge, and attributes possessed by the candidate and needed for effective performance in the job.
Social – Where we match what qualities exist in the client with what the candidate prefers in working style, values, culture, and team dynamics.
Organizational – Where we match the monetary and non-monetary incentives and the resources, systems, and strategies applicable to this assignment with what the candidate needs to motivate and perform in the role.
Recognizing that every assignment has its own requirements, we do not have a fixed search methodology. Rather, by taking a consultative approach, we assess each assignment on its merits and propose to the Client the methodology which has the greatest chance of success. This means that the assignment could be conducted using a Database Search, an Advertised Search, a Headhunting methodology, or a combination of these techniques.
