Biography
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Carl has over 30 years of professional work experience, commencing his career in the telecommunication industry before transitioning to executive search in 1998. Carl enjoyed his engagement with both large and mid-sized executive search firms in the USA, Asia and the Middle East. In 2004, through a management buyout, Carl led the branch office divestment from a large multinational search firm and with his team successfully built that business to be one of the top players in the Southeast Asia market before successfully selling it to a publicly traded Japanese recruitment firm in 2013.
Carl has remained active in the broader human capital industry having invested in several executive search firms working directly with the firms and their management teams helping run the businesses implementing strategy and optimizing operational efficiency. Carl has been a proud member of CFR Global Executive Search since 2007 and has held various positions on the Board and prides himself on his ability to help his clients fill mission critical positions and construct teams that have meaningful impact on their organizations and improving their competitiveness in the market.
