Biography
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rašo Pazarkić has over 20 years of professional business experience in sales, business development and executive search projects. Rašo is a strong business development professional with combined synergy of engineering reasoning, commercial drive and people management solutions expertise executive search, sales training and assessment centres).
Rašo holds an Agriculture Engineering degree in machinery and technical field equipment. He has completed several executive search and leadership development courses in Belgrade, Zagreb and Budapest.
Rašo has International and domestic expertise in executive roles for large organizations within FMCG, agriculture, human resources, restaurant industry segment since 2004.
Rašo has joined CFR Global Executive Search Group in 2015 as Director of CFR Executive Search Serbia. Since then, he has enjoyed rapid career growth from Key Account Manager on global projects (2017-2019), Global Leader – Food & Agribusiness Industry practice group (2019), and EMEA Regional Director (2020).
Raso was elected by his global peers to lead CFR Global Executive Search and was appointed CEO in January 2021. He is responsible for governance, strategy, leading and facilitating board and global partner meetings, stakeholder relationship development and leading the path of CFR to service it’s clients with premium human capital solutions worldwide.
