Biography
With more than 20 years of professional experience in international sales, business leadership and executive search, Bertram advises business owners and decision-makers on appointing executives and key professionals. His hands-on management background informs his work in cross-border search and management assessment.
He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from WU Vienna and participated in an MBA exchange programme at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, USA. His qualifications also include the Human Resource Professional programme at WIFI Upper Austria.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Bertram joined TRESCON as General Manager and Executive Partner in July 2016. He has also represented Austria as an Executive Search Partner within CFR since January of the same year. His consulting work focuses on executive and key-position appointments, including international search assignments, as well as management and competency assessments. - 2006 – 2016 | WIESNER-HAGER
Following international sales and management roles, he became Vice President Sales Austria in 2012. Leading a team of 35 people, he held full profit and loss responsibility and focused on sales strategy and process improvement.
Earlier roles included managing the Romanian subsidiary and developing overseas markets in North America, Asia and the Middle East. - 2004 – 2006 | TCG UNITECH Systemtechnik
As Key Account Manager General Motors Worldwide, Bertram managed the relationship with a major international automotive customer.
