Biography
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Lukas Kühne, Managing Partner, Member of the Board of Director s. Lukas Kühne has a degree in history from the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
Lukas has been immersed in the human capital industry since 2004. During his studies, he worked as a research employee, and from 2008 to 2014 he was Head of Research at the Meister Executive Search AG in-house research centre. Lukas has extensive experience in handling direct search mandates and was entrusted with the role of Project Manager in spring 2011, when Meister Networks was founded. He has been a partner since January 2015 and a Managing Partner and owner of Meister Executive Search AG since the beginning of 2020.
Lukas joined the CFR Global Executive Search Group in 2011 and became Regional Manager EMEA in fall 2020. Over the past 17 years within the Executive Search industry Lukas has been able to gain extensive experience in the successful recruiting and selection of Management Positions in various industries.
Lukas Kühne speaks fluent German and English.
