Biography
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
François is President, founder and managing partner of PIXCELL – Leader Recruiting Leaders, a Canadian-based Executive Search Firm he founded in November 2016. Before founding PIXCELL, François led Business Development for a software company throughout North America. At that time, he started developing his expertise and network of working with private equity and venture capital firms, a good part of his practice today. Following that experience, he joined another executive search firm, where he successfully developed an executive search practice throughout Canada’s most prominent markets.
In January 2021, his firm joined CFR Global Executive Search as Canada’s exclusive partner, further strengthening CFR’s reach in North America. François is also Practice leader of the Financial Services group of practice.
