Diversity is good for business

Diversity in the labour market is a complex issue and countries deal with it in a variety of ways, asking companies to comply to disabilities quotas or annual contributions to support funds. In today’s market, on the other hand companies complain about how difficult is to find the right talent: this part of our communities is a precious source of skilled and talented persons, but HR must learn how to address them, overcoming social and cultural stigma that represent a true limit.
