Technical profiles are in high demand. Those requiring technical profiles must distinguish themselves from the competition. Those with technical profiles risk being inundated with choices. But this isn’t anything new. What is new, however, is the way in which we are starting to deal with talent. Where HR has long remained a discipline that gave precedence to intuition, objectivity and the added value of well-supported HR is gradually gaining ground.
