Optim Human is a specialised business partner that supports companies in building stable teams and implementing effective HR processes. We are part of the EXCO A2A Polska group, which gives us a unique combination of consulting, business and HR experience.

Unlike typical HR agencies, we adopt a consulting-based approach. We start by understanding the company’s operating model in order to develop solutions that genuinely support its business goals and organisational growth. This means that HR is not just administration – it becomes a tool for growth.
We offer collaboration in the form of project-based work, subscription models (HR Business Partner’s support on a permanent basis) and advisory services.

Our key areas of activity:

• Talent acquisition and assessment – including executive search, specialist recruitment and potential diagnostics.
• Strategic advisory and HR processes – design of organisational structures, HR audits, incentive and bonus systems, job descriptions and performance appraisals.
• Administrative support – full HR outsourcing and Employer of Record (employee leasing) services.
• Development projects – Climate Collage – an interactive workshop helping teams understand climate challenges and their impact on business. It supports the development of ESG competencies and fosters a culture of responsible leadership.

We work based on data, experience, and certified tools that enhance the accuracy of business decisions. We use methodologies such as TTI Success Insights (DISC, WPMOT) and Development Centre.

Most of our new projects come through client referrals – this is the best proof of the quality and effectiveness of our activities. We work on a selective basis, engaging in projects where we can make a real impact and deliver solutions that make life easier for managers and support the growth of their organisations.
